Filament Noctuo is a 3D printing material, dedicated to all the enthusiasts the technology.
Guarantee of Noctuo quality derives from production method, developed from the scratch, combined with the experience of engineers studying the quality of our products.
All Noctuo filaments are produced in Poland.
As work done by the Extruder is the heart of the production line, our fully authored and developed from scratch process, distinguishes us from the competition - we produce filaments only on devices that have been constructed by us.
Careful selection of material base, establishing the right balance between components and fine tuning process parameters is a guarantee of receiving the best recipe and the highest quality material.
Final development of the filament and the use of advanced quality control methods, allows to obtain the highest technical parameters and ensures durability and accuracy to 0.05 mm.
The most popular and commonly used filament. It's biodegradable and almost odourless. Considered as an entry level material due to its low shrinkage, minimal hardware requirements, as it can be printed without using heatbed or special bed adhesion materials, and most of all simplicity of use and forgivingness.

UltraPLA – it's even easier to use, more durable. Ultra Precise. Filament combining PLA ease of print with ABS durability. Recommended for high precision and quality prints requiring decent mechanical strenght while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances. With UltraPLA You can achieve superior quality and faster print times thanks to even smaller overall contraction than standard PLA.

PLA and aluminum composite. Microparticles of metal has been covered in a polymer nanocoating for superior stability and homogeneousness of the material. Metallic is easy to print, more robust than standard PLA and most of all provides a unique, metallic finish of a printed object.

Noctuo PET-G is a durable, amorphous copolyester with improved printability and clarity. Very versatile - PETG mixes ease, robustness, high layer adhesion and chemical resistance, while being fairly odourless. In it's natural state PETG is almost completely transparent.
Noctuo PETG has been produced with medical class materials.

POM (Polyoxymethylene copolymer) is an outstanding engineering plastic. It's one of the strongest and toughest thermoplasts. It's highly resistant to common solvents, fuels and mineral oils. It's highly workable. It has a very good slide and abrasion resistance. POM also has a very low water absorbtion, good fatigue strength and is physiologically harmless in solid state.
Due to possible harmfull decomposition products if mishandled, POM has to be used with a proper safety measures and awareness only!

MediFlex 96 is a first and hardest member of a MediFlex filaments line. It is produced solely with high class medical type materials. MediFlex 96 withstands operation temperatures up to 120 ° C. With hardness level of 96 ShA, MediFlex 96 is relatively hard for a „flex” type filament, filling the void between plastic and elastic materials and allowing it to be used even in some of the bowden type printers. All MediFlex filaments are a perfect match with ABS enabling composite designs feature to Your prints.

Nylon is an extremely tough, durable and versatile material with very good layer adhesion - particularly suitable for various technical applications. Nylon is highly sensitive to moisture, so it requires careful storage and preferably, drying directly before printing (by means of moisture absorbers, vacuum or elevated temperature) which is highly recommended for best results. On the other hand the high hygroscopicity of nylon, allows an easy coloring or soaking of the printed item.
Noctuo Nylon filament has been designed to allow an intensive cooling printing technique, greatly reducing shrinkage effect without losing durability. Our Nylon filament is produced solely from a food contact approved materials.

ABS is a second most commonly used material – it's more durable and withstands much higher temperatures than PLA. ABS can be postprocessed using a variety of methods. It is however harder to master and more demanding. It requires a heated platform. Noctuo ABS filament has been specifically designed to improve stability, reproducibility and UV resistance.

Special filament for special tasks! NanoCarbon is a mixture of strong, durable polyamide and carbon nanotubes. Resulting composite gains higher impact strenght and hardness while maintaining tensile strenght, layer adhesion and very high temperature stability of polyamide. It is a perfect material for the most demanding technical applications – functional parts or tools. Same as Nylon, it is highly sensitive to moisture. NanoCarbon exhibits antistatic properties.

The most elastic of our speciality materials in our offer! ExtremeFlex is an extremally flexible, transparent material with great chemical resistance, fairly high temperature resistance (for a material that soft) and a strong layer adhesion. It has a very low water permeability. ExtremeFlex is suitable for printing seals and facings. Prints from this material are smooth with a pleasing texture.
ExtremeFlex has been made solely from medical class materials.
Warning! Due to possible harmfull decomposition products if mishandled, ExtremeFlex has to be used with a proper safety measures and awareness only!
